What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We charge delivery fee based on chargeable weight and handling (such as labour requirement). The fee is charged under contract rates with well known logistics companies as Blue Dart or Delhivery. To learn shipping fee, add product to cart with destination address. We also offer free delivery coupons infrequently based on promos available from third parties or other.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Please note checking out of order is not the last step. After check out, your order goes to a secure payment gateway provided by transaction company Razorpay/PayU. You have the option to use Debit, Credit Card, Amex, as well as select to pay direct via your bank using Net Banking. Razorpay allows you to use card to convert payment to an EMI option.

How long will delivery take?

Mansion Avenue is an On-Demand service offer premium products. We keep many standard products in-stock. Some of the products need configuration and construction on demand, which can take between 30 to 90 days of delivery period. 90 Days are generally custom wine cellars and bar equipment for home projects.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Mansion Avenue is setup with multiple safety protocols to assure our privileged customers’ information shared is secured and safe from hackers, third party and malware. For such, we apply SSL certificate to the domain and hosting. Separately, it is applied with Trusted Site by McAfee plugin as a Watchdog. Lastly, your payments do not execute on our website instead on a highly secure payment gateway of Razorpay or PayU. We do not have your account or card information other than name of the card for verification, type of card and last four digits. You’re safe! in this Mansion.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order is received, the same first enters into our software to process. Throughout the process we are in touch with you. As soon as your order is placed, you should receive automatic order confirmation with order number, details of order with delivery address. Within 24-48 hours will you also receive an Accountant’s Proforma (Accepted). If your ordered product is in stock in India, it will ship in 3 working days. If its in ready stock at source, it takes about 15-30 days for you to receive it.

For orders on demand, made custom, we will discuss and configure personally and quote to you outside of the website. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

The first order you receive from website is an order acceptance not invoice. The Accountants Invoice is only sent along with the shipment. If you require Insurance, tell us in advance. There’s a separate fee for insurance.

You can receive both Retail, for personal, and Tax invoice, when ordered for your company. At time of ordering add your company GST number and company name in an edited field.
